About
I'm 28 and live in CO with my fantastic husband of 7 years and our 3 cat-children. We are Christian, and our faith has been tested the last few years, and I'm working out where I am with that. I'm growing a lot in my faith though and I'm so glad.
I believe very strongly in my faith, but I also have a weird sense of humor. Just a warning that some people might be offended by the funny stuff I post.
I have Fibromyalgia, which changed my plans for life a bit. I got 3/4 of the way through my teaching degree and had to stop school until I'm better. Then my husband became disabled. For now we're saving money.
We can't have children, so in the meantime God gave us a sort of foster kid at 15 who is now a Marine, and still ridiculously taller than me. As far as I'm concerned he's my son, and he's incredible. I couldn't be more proud.
I may have a lot of pain and not much energy, but I love life and have a lot to say. :) Read my first post to discover why I'm here. I hope you enjoy the collection of things I come up with here. God bless and have a beautiful day!
*It's easier to save my pics I find on the interwebz and repost them later instead of constant reblogging. So here is my shout-out to Tumblr blogs like PenisHole & FuckYeahAlbuquerque for stealing their awesome pics. I like to collect and post things from sites like LolCats, YouTube, etc. Any music I link is from my owned collection. So give credit where credit is due.

So I made this background for my computer because I really needed it today.

If only I could actually stick to this wonderful advice and the Bible verses like them.

This was a good reminder for me. Physically I’ve been having a hard time and have been very frustrated trying to “budget” my energy and strength to balance between my responsibilities and living my life the way I want. Usually I just get to pick one of those and I have to take care of us, so the grown-up wins out and I feel like I’m watching my life pass by. So I will continue to follow this advice and do what I can, a little tiny bit at a time if I have to. It’s better than nothing. :)
As a future teacher I love this. We need to focus on the human being instead of the numbers. I think there’s a good balance possible if people just give a sh—, and actually try.
